Title IX Training FAQs

All university employees and all degree-seeking students, which includes certificate, associate, bachelor’s, master’s, and PhD as well as students living in campus housing, online students, middle college students enrolled at the university or on national/international exchange.

Students who do not complete the training by the deadline will have a Priority Registration Hold placed on their account. The registration hold will stay on the students’ account for the two weeks of priority  registration and will be removed once the required training is complete or once the two week priority registration period is over, whichever comes first.

Yes. Currently this training will be required each year.

The training should take approximately 30 to 45 minutes to complete.

You can log in and out of the training as needed and resume where you left off.

All degree-seeking students, including distance degree-seeking students, are required to take the  training. Title IX responsibilities and resources apply to all students, regardless of where and how they study.

Contact the Center for Student Rights and Responsibilities or Dean of Students office prior to the deadline so alternative options can be provided.

In Blackboard, click on your campus’ tab at the top of the page.  

  • On the left menu, select “My Grades”.  
  • The training will reflect as 100% complete when you are finished.

Yes! All students are encouraged to take the training. Follow the log in instructions above.
