Uher has more than 17 years of experience in key leadership positions on the Fairbanks
campus. He holds a master’s degree in public administration from the University of Alaska
Southeast, and a Bachelor of Arts degree in rural development and an Associate of
Applied Science degree in applied business from UAF.
Uher was born in Anchorage and raised in Trapper Creek, located at mile 115 of the Parks Highway. He enjoys outdoor activities, building furniture and making birch tree-themed wall hangings.
