- "Same Day" rentals are picked up and returned on the same day; between 10am and 5pm.
- "Weekend Rate" is typically Friday to Monday, but will be charged for other four day rentals.
- "Week Rate" is any seven days, not seven nights.

- Rental of Wood Center Equipment is easy! You can pay with cash, check or credit card.
- Rental equipment can be reserved in advance for a $10 non-refundable reservation fee. This money will be applied to the cost of your rental.
- For equipment pick up or drop off you may park briefly in the Wood Center loading dock - but don't block this busy loading area or other vehicles!
- You will put down a deposit when you pick up equipment (max deposit is $500 or $800 for boats).
- The deposit typically is simply a credit card imprint, but can be cash or check too.
- The deposit ensures that our equipment comes back clean, on time, and undamaged.
- We will need to ensure that you are returning the equipment in satisfactory condition before the return of your deposit.
- If the equipment is a total loss, you may owe the Wood Center in excess of the deposit.
- The rental fee is paid when the equipment is returned.
- If you are returning equipment late, you will owe more than the quoted rental rate.
- We accept cash, check, Visa or MasterCard
- The Wood Center does not warrant or guarantee the construction, condition, or adequacy of any rental equipment for any type of use. All use is at your own risk!
- Additional days are half the "Overnight Rate" until the next (week or weekend) rate is reached.
- Reservations need to be accompanied by a $10/item or $20/boat non-refundable deposit.
