Friday, September 25
Faculty and staff proposals due online.
(Library Dean's Office routes to Department Heads.)
Please contact Linda Levy at 474-7224 if you have any questions regarding proposal submission. We are under new management at this time and there may be some glitches in the system.
Friday, October 2
Student proposals due online.
(Library Dean's Office routes to ASUAF.)
Monday, October 5
Department Heads forward proposals with comments and ratings to Library Dean's Office.
(Library Dean's Office routes to Deans, Directors and ASUAF.)
Monday, October 12
Deans, Directors and ASUAF send their ratings to the Library Dean's Office in care of Linda Levy.
Friday, October 16
Library Dean's Office sends proposals and ratings to Provost’s Office.
Friday, October 23
Provost sends ratings to Library Dean's Office.
Monday, October 26
Library Dean's Office sends proposals and ratings to individual TAB members.
Saturday, November 7
TAB meets to evaluate proposals.
The Chancellor will announce awards after reviewing TAB recommendations.
