Accommodations: Please read the “Performers’ Agreement” for information on hotel accommodations.

The Westmark Hotel has wheelchair accessible rooms on request. Also, if your group will need more than the 5
rooms provided by the Festival of Native Arts, please call 1-800-544-0970 to reserve. Ask for the “Festival Rate.”


Do any of your dance group members have special physical needs that we should be aware of when
assigning rooms, e.g. any physical problem that would require a wheelchair or crutches (back, hip or
leg injuries, etc.)? If so, who are they, and what are their ailments?


Do any of your dance group members have any other physical need that requires a special diet, e.g.
diabetes? If so, who are they and what are their ailments?

Potluck:

Will your group be able to bring any Native foods with you for the Festival Potluck on Saturday,
March 4, 2006?

We would love to have seal oil, blueberries, maktak, whale meat, caribou and moose meat, seal,
walrus, fish, etc. The Festival would greatly appreciate any Native food item you might be able to
donate, as it contributes to the success of the Festival potluck, and the Festival, in general. If you
are able to donate some Native foods, please print what you will bring in the following space.
