2007 Steel Bridge

UAF hosted the 2007 ASCE Pacific Northwest Regional Conference and Steel Bridge Competition.
We created innovative testing equipment and put on an amazing conference.

2005 Steel Bridge

The 2005 Steel Bridge won Regionals and took 6th at Nationals.

2003 Steel Bridge

The design was by Jason Millam and Wilhelm Muench with team members Ben Dobrovolny, Robert Casey, Mike Lund, Peter Brown, Josh Hunter and fabrication help of Aaron Miller, Dan Brucehamer, Nathan Stephan and Heather Eide.
The 2003 Steel Bridge won Regionals and took 6th at Nationals.

1998 Steel Bridge

The design was by Ryan Wilson with team members Laura Kendall, Dan Reichardt, Chris Salmon, Preston Tripp, James Bruce, Cristina Hodson, Kelli Cox, Robert Hansen, Jason Webb, Chuck Stine, Jason Graham, and Joe Graham.
The 1998 Steel Bridge design was used to obtain a provisional patent.

1996 Steel Bridge

The 1996 Steel Bridge tied for 1st at Nationals.

1995 Steel Bridge

The design was by Gary Scarbrough and David Misiuk with team members Mike Guse, Frances Isgrigg, Mike Richardson, Maggie Schnaars, Rob Stenson.
The 1993 Steel Bridge took 4th at Nationals.

1993 Steel Bridge

The design was by Joe Becia with team members Victor Mimkin, Art Morris, Dean Syta.
The 1993 Steel Bridge won Nationals.
