Background and Research Interests:

Dr. Ogbe has over 20 years of research and consulting experience in reservoir simulation and computational modeling, well testing, reservoir characterization and coal bed methane development for energy in rural Alaska.

He has served as Principal Investigator and managed several successfully completed, multi-year research grants funded by the US Department of Energy, National Science Foundation, Cray Corporation, State of Alaska, and national and international oil companies.

Dr. Ogbe is a consultant to oil companies and has offered short courses on reservoir simulation, well testing and reservoir characterization. Dr. Ogbe is author of over 80 papers and publications. He is a registered professional engineer in the State of Alaska.
