The Microelectronics Packaging Research Facility (MPRF), which comprises of five interdisciplinary labs (Electronic, RF, Thermal, Mechanical, and Reliability), performs research in the area of microelectronic packaging and provides support to other researchers at UAF that have need for miniaturized electronics. Each of these labs operates individually and synergistically, providing the expertise required to create novel microelectronic packages.
