Anyone using the on-line system will have to enter a credit card, and will be charged a one-night deposit of room plus 12% tax ($120.88 total).If they don’t have a credit card, they can not use the on-line system, and any credit card provided will be charged an advance deposit.

Despite what the Website says, they will not be charged an additional $10/night charge. The room block will be released on Aug 12, so anyone making reservations after that date will have to call the hotel directly to reserve.

This conference seeks the participation of rural energy managers, energy service & equipment providers, government agencies, national laboratories, technology developers, housing authorities, university researchers, students, and other interested parties.
