Background and Research Interests:

Debasmita Misra's research interest includes Geohydrology and Geoenvironmental Engineering, Ground Water Mechanics, Numerical Methods, Scaling of Flow Parameters, Multiphase Flow and Transport in Porous Media, Reservoir Characterization, Multiphase Flow Simulation, Preferential Flow and Transport in Porous Media, Resource Characterization, Artificial Intelligence, Operations Research, Geostatistical Analysis and Inverse Modeling, Application of GIS to Engineering and Management, Remote Sensing, Thermodynamics and Heat Transfer, Parallel Computing
