  • EIT review lectures on computers (3 hour sessions), evenings at the University of Alaska, 1987 to present. Lectures on dynamics were presented in the spring of 1987, 1988.
  • An ITRE-Highway Engineering Concepts two-part course, 133 lecture hours, for technicians. Responsible for 49 lecture hours in Part 1 covering basic engineering subjects and 14 lecture hours covering Geotechnical and Structures in Part 2, Fall 1985, Spring 1986.
  • An ITRE-PE review course with 85 lecture hours. Responsible for 28 lecture hours in Geotechnical and Structures, Summer 1985.
  • An Institute of Transportation Research and Education (ITRE), ITRE-EIT review course with 77 lecture hours. The course covers 17 different basic engineering subjects... such as Mathematics, Chemistry, Mechanics, etc., Fall 1985, Spring 1986.
  • Co-Instructor of Inspection of Fracture Critical Bridge Members. Course prepared by J. l. Hulsey for Byrd Tallamy, MacDonald and Lewis and the U.S. Department of Transportation, FHWA. Taught pilot courses at Virginia and Minnesota (2 day course), Fall 1986, and total course at Washington, Spring 1988 (2 day course).
