Exhibitor Table

·          Space is Limited to 8 tables.  

·          Exhibits open all day on both days and during the reception on the first evening.  

·          Exhibit Area located in Wendy Williamson Auditorium, 1st floor lobby area.

·          Price includes first day reception, lunches, and coffee breaks for 2 representatives during workshop days.

o    No locked room is available to store exhibitor supplies

Exhibitor Prices:
One (1) Exhibit Booth (with standard furnishings) -

• Early Bird Registration (expires on Friday, June 30, 2013) - $1,200.00
• Registration (after June 30, 2013) - $1,300.00

Table Layout: Sponsors will be provided first priority for table placement, if registered by Friday, June 30, 2013.  Once sponsors have selected their booth locations, the remaining booths will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis, so register early!
