What happens if a value is deleted from a validation table?
If you delete a value from a validation table any fields that the value is connected to would be blank and you would loose all information in that field. What is recommended is to try it out and if it does not work than come up with a code to notify users that the value is no longer used.
What is a statistical year?
A statistical year is a 52 or 53 week period that includes all recruiting related activities during that period of time and it must begin on a Monday and end on a Sunday 52 or 53 weeks later.
What is weekly history maintenance and why do we need it?
This process allows you to get an accurate comparison of the current statistics with your prior year s history.
*This process MUST be run weekly and anytime you wish to report through a different week since it compares current statistics with prior year history information.
