Associate General Counsel - Ardith Lynch
Ardith Lynch joined the University’s Office of General Counsel in 2002. She served as the Borough Attorney for the Fairbanks North Star Borough from 1992-2002, as Deputy Director of the Alaska Department of Revenue’s Child Support Services Division from 1989-1992, and as an Assistant Attorney General in Fairbanks from 1985-1989. Lynch received her J.D. from Lewis & Clark Law School in 1983 and a B.A. from Reed College in 1975.
Lynch is a member of both the Alaska and Washington State Bar Associations and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court. She has served as vice-president of the Alaska Bar Association Board of Governors, as president of the Alaska Municipal Attorney’s Association, and as a member of the State of Alaska Local Boundary Commission.
