Mission

OIT Technology Oversight Services will strive to enable a culture that continually improves IT operational and management processes to deliver value through embracing industry best practices.

Scope

TOS will directly review OIT operations, provide outreach and support to affiliated UA organizations, and assist external entities as appropriate.

Efforts in support of the TOS mission include:

Enterprise Architecture - assess organizational processes, identify gaps, and implement improved processes.

Project and Portfolio Management - coordinate OIT project requests and manage the OIT Project Portfolio.

Service Level Management -

External Reviews and Audits - coordination support.

Culture Mediation - support the OIT core values by sharing best practices and cultivate collaboration.

Initiative Management - manage organization-wide initiatives as requested.
