We're here to serve you by providing the Help Desk (open 7 days a week), e-mail and webmail services, faculty and staff web servers, web site development, open computer labs, training labs, software resources, desktop support, wireless access, networking services and much more.
The links on this page and in the side columns will get you going in the right direction and serve as a handy reference, but if you don't find what you're looking for, give us a call (474-6564, or 450-8300) or stop by the OIT Support Center.
Student Support Center
OIT's Desktop Support provides a walk-up Student Support Center, located in the MBS complex - across from the Skarland Hall entrance.
Hours of Operation: 9-Noon and 1-6pm, Monday through Friday.
MyUA
MyUA is a customizable website that offers students a collection of UA's online resources, web tools and features that can be accessed from inside or outside the university.
MyUA provides single sign-on access to online services such as UAOnline, Blackboard, email, and Meeting Maker.
