Overview

Provide data storage services and file server management. Services include data backup, data restore, space allocation and access management.

Service Users

UAF and SW faculty, staff and students.

Requirements

Customers must have an account on the UA (Unified Active Directory) domain

Get Started

Faculty and staff must complete a computer account request form and fax the form to the OIT Support Center at (907) 450-8312.

UAF students are automatically provisioned 1GB of file storage when logging into UA Domain Lab machines.

Availability

Requests for service are processed weekdays between 8am to 5pm. File service is available 24 hours per day. Exceptions include scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages.
