Departments can now view/print their OIT Telephone Services phone bill online!

Please send your UA username to Vicki Wallner (vlwallner@alaska.edu) to gain access to our online phone billing system

Once she enters your UA credentials in our system you can then login using your UA username and password to view/print your phone bill at the link below:

Overview

Installation, repairs and restoration to telephone or related data cabling. This service also includes moving, changing, or adding telephones (including voice mail).

Service Users

For new installs and moves/additions/changes there are no requirements. For repairs to existing voice mail, telephone or related data cabling, established service is required.

Rates

For telephone rates refer to OIT's recharge rates, along with the list of phones and prices. Repairs to existing telephone or related data cabling are free of charge.

Get Started

To initiate an install, to move, makes addition to or change an existing account submit the Work Order Request Form. To initiate telephone repair service, fill out the online Trouble Report Form.

Availability

Once established telephone service is available 24/7. Monitoring and maintenance of existing telephones are the responsibility of OIT.

Getting Help

Installation and repairs service is available weekdays from 7:30am-4:30pm, Monday-Friday, excluding university holidays. For trouble with existing telephone accounts, contact OIT Telephone Services via the Trouble Report Form. For help after hours, contact the OIT Support Center. To schedule telephone installs, customers request general assistance via the Work Order Request Form. For moves/additions/changes to existing telephones, customers request general assistance and report problems with this service through the Work Order Request Form.
