Enrolling in the Casper Management Suite

- Please Note: When enrolling your Mac into the Casper Management Suite make sure you are the primary user of the machine.

- Follow the on screen guide to installing Casper
What should Casper Management Suite users expect?
Customers that have a Mac OS X system can take advantage of the Casper Management Suite and have the ability to download and install software hosted by the University of Alaska Fairbanks and Statewide system.
How can I tell if my Casper Management Suite is working?
The Casper Management Suite called OIT Self Service can be found in your Applications folder in Mac OS X. You can use your UA Username and Password to login and if you are successful in logging into the OIT Self Service suite that will verify that Casper Management is working correctly.
What is the upgrade process for the Casper Management Suite
The Casper Management suite will seamlessly upgrade whenever there have been changes to the server and will not require any user interaction.
