Overview

This service covers how to find and add custom group email addresses. "Departments" may be working groups within or across departments, including labs, service points, or other offices and functions.

Any UA department, group or project.

Get Started

First, if necessary Request a UA Google Group. Then add that group or other email address to the UA Enterprise Directory for the unit by logging in to EDIR; or request support from the OIT Support Center.

Availability

Directory information and email routing are available 24x7; support is available weekdays during normal business hours. Exceptions include: scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages.

Customers request general assistance and report problems with this service through the OIT Support Center.
