The Tech Refresh program is available to all UAF faculty and staff.  Program funds are managed by the OIT Business Office (ITBO). The Tech Refresh program allows for a 50% subsidy on the purchase price of a new computer (up to $350). After review and approval of your computer quote that meets the OIT standard build requirements, your department will pay the full purchase price of the new computer and the ITBO will reimburse your department for the appropriate amount via journal voucher (JV). Old department computers then are given to OIT for redeployment or safe disposal.

**NOTE:  At this time there are no funds available for the Tech Refresh program. When funding is available, steps for tech refresh reimbursements will be posted here.**
