A. Customer is trying to use https when they should be using http:
i. Banner 8 Production - http://banner.alaska.edu
ii. Banner 8 Training - http://bantrnx.alaska.edu
iii. Banner 8 PREP - http://banprep.alaska.edu
iv. Banner 8 LRGP - http://banlrgp.alaska.edu
B. Your Internet Explorer security settings may need to be adjusted. From Internet Options, choose the security tab, and set the slider to "Medium" and try again.
C. You may have DNS issues. Make sure you can ping a banner server, for example, open up command prompt and type "ping banner8010.ua.ad.alaska.edu" (without quotes). Call OIT if you don't get a response.
