This service provides audio conferencing services for the University of Alaska system through Event Builder.

Requirements

Customer must coordinate needs and complete any necessary steps with department fiscal officer before requesting account.

Rates

Departments will be charged by Event Builder at a rate of $0.0475/minute for all services.

Availability

Service is available 24 hours per day. Exceptions include: scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages.

For immediate conference help call the vendor at 1 (800) 290-5900. Customers request general assistance and report problems with this service through the OIT Support Center.
