Provide computer operator support for ARSC computers that are housed in the Butrovich Data Center.

ARSC staff.

Requirements

Service functions are defined via SLA between ARSC and DCO. Use must be in compliance with the following: the University of Alaska: Acceptable Use of Online Resources and the University of Alaska Board of Regents Policy on Information Resources.

Rates

ARSC Data Center Services are available at no cost to end users.

Availability

Service availability includes evenings and weekends.
