Service Users
University staff whose job duties require them to run or monitor scheduled Banner jobs.
Requirements
Operators cannot stop jobs that are currently running or in the queue. Only the job owner can.

Availability
Service availability for account administration is during regular business hours. Service availability for jobstream monitoring extends to include evenings and weekends, except during scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages.
