Overview

This service monitors, enforces, and reports license compliance of computer application licenses. It enables verifiable concurrent-use licensing of applications.

University of Alaska faculty, staff and students.

Application License Management is available at no cost to end users.

Get Started

For new licensing requests contact the OIT Support Center.

Enforcement is automatic.

Availability

Service is available 24 hours per day. Exceptions include: scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages.

Getting Help

Customers request general assistance and report problems with this service through the OIT Support Center.

Software

OIT maintains licenses for an assortment of software available for use on the University network through the Key Server. Software can be downloaded from http://www.alaska.edu/oit/software.
