Installation Instructions for Windows

1. Download the zipped installation folder here.

2. Extract the zipped folder by opening the zip file; to the desktop or default location is fine.

3. Open the extracted folder and run "Setup.exe"

   1. On Meeting Maker Setup window, click "Next"

   2. The installation will progress.

   3. A dialog box will ask, "Would you like to set Meeting Maker as your default calendar application?" Click "Yes" if you want to do this.

   4. On Installation Complete window, click "Finish" and Meeting Maker will open.

4. MeetingMaker 8.6.2 is now installed.

Installation Instructions for Mac OS X (10.3 and higher)

1. Download the zipped installation folder here.

2. Extract the zipped folder by opening the zip file; to the desktop or default location is fine.

3. Open the extracted folder and run "Install.app"

   1. On Meeting Maker Calendar installer window, click the "Lock" icon.

   2. The Authenticate dialog box will ask for your computer password. Enter your password and click "OK."

   3. The installation process will progress, opening another install window.

   4. When the installation process is down, the install window will close. A for Meeting Maker shortcut will be placed on the desktop.

4. MeetingMaker 8.6.2 is now installed.

Installation Instructions for Mac OS X (10.2 and lower)

1. Download the zipped installation folder here.

2. Extract the zipped folder by opening the zip file; to the desktop or default location is fine.

3. Open the extracted folder and run "Install.app"

   1. On Meeting Maker Calendar installer window, click the "Lock" icon.

   2. The Authenticate dialog box will ask for your computer password. Enter your password and click "OK."

   3. The installation process will progress, opening another install window.

   4. When the installation process is down, the install window will close. A for Meeting Maker shortcut will be placed on the desktop.

4. MeetingMaker 8.6.0 is now installed.
