Meeting Maker 8.6.2 Upgrade
Meeting Maker will be unavailable on 25 October from 2am-8am. OIT is upgrading the application to version 8.6.2 to fix the daylight savings time change and will also be upgrading the server hardware to improve performance of the application.
There are no significant changes to the client interface however Meeting Maker customers need to be aware of the following:

Windows customers will have the client installed automatically the first time they log in to Meeting Maker after the upgrade.

Mac OSX customers will need to download and install the application manually. If customers have older OSX versions (10.2 and older) the compatible version of Meeting Maker is 8.6.0.

Customers who currently utilize the intellisync application for connection with their pda will need to upgrade to the Outlook connector. Please call the OIT Support Center to schedule the intellisync-Outlook connector upgrade.
