Do you have questions about usernames and passwords? Then you're in the right place. Read on! You may wish to print these instructions out for your reference.
 
Step One:

If you are new to Blackboard you must first setup your Authserv account. Blackboard uses your Authserv username and password to log in. You can activate your account by navigating  to ELMO and select option 3.

Step Two:
To login to Blackboard, you'll need your UA Username and Authserv password. Your Blackboard Username is the same as your UA Username (e.g., jzjohnson).

If you cannot log in using these procedures , then you may need to set a new password for your Authserv account. To do so, click the "Forgot your password?" link on the Blackboard login page, or go direct to ELMO .
