Six (6) hours with contingency time.  Actual outage maybe of shorter duration

Description

Move the citrix farm DB to new clustered MSSQL server environment.  Point all citrix servers to new DB location

Comments

All published applications will be unavailable during this outage.  No user actions are required.

Resolution

Move Db to new environment and point all citrix servers to new location.  Validate connection to new DB location.

Affected customers

All users of citrix applications
