Telephone Services Annual billing and ad hoc for tolls, moves and changes
Shared Storage Annual billing and ad hoc for new service during the fiscal year
Server/Database Administration Ad hoc billing via signed Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Video Conferencing Services are available to all UA campuses or departments. MAUs cover the cost of these services annually in support of their academic and administrative programs based on a system-wide cost share approved by the Business Council.

NOTE: All ad hoc recharge services will be billed by month-end. Annual recharge billing will be processed by the end of August for each fiscal year.

Service Level Agreements
Additional services and support packages for servers/database administration can be acquired through a negotiated Service Level Agreement (SLA). For more information on customized service and support through an OIT SLA, please call the OIT Support Center at 450-8300.
