OIT has engaged Pink Elephant, a world leader in IT Service Management, to conduct a process maturity assessment for 6 IT Service Management processes.

PinkSCAN is a standardized methodology and online toolset that has been developed by Pink Elephant. The aim of the assessment is to determine the quality and effectiveness of OIT’s IT Service Management processes listed above as compared to ITIL best practices. The assessment reports will provide us with a point-in-time snapshot of our processes to be used in our continual service improvement activities.
