Windows users running Office 2007 (version # 12.0.4518) will be unable to convert
PowerPoint presentations to Elluminate Whiteboard files due to a "Failure calling
PowerPoint to Process presentation" error.
Solution
You will need any service pack equal to or greater than Office 2007 with SP1 (version#12.0.6211.1000)
You may access Elluminate Live via Blackboard.
