OIT Operates Recharge Centers For
- Calendaring (Meeting Maker) - IN TRANSITION TO GOOGLE CALENDAR; FY10 MEETING MAKER ANNUAL BILLING WILL BE PRORATED FOR 6 MONTHS
- Telephone Services - Annual billing and ad hoc for tolls, moves & changes
- Web Development and Consulting (Software Applications) - Ad hoc billing
- Shared Storage - Annual billing and ad hoc for new service during the fiscal year
- Server/Database Administration - Ad hoc billing via signed Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Video Conferencing Services - MAU contribution based on Business Council approval
- Desktop Lab Builds - Ad hoc billing
All ad hoc recharge services will be billed by month-end. Annual recharge billing will be processed by the end of August for each fiscal year.

Service Level Agreements
Additional services and support packages for servers/database administration can be acquired through a negotiated Service Level Agreement (SLA).
