Guidelines for Ordering OIT Logo Items
We are currently using Twisted Stitches as our main vendor. The ITBO will coordinate all logo wear purchases with Twisted Stitches. Please contact the purchasing office for a catalog; you may also select clothing from local vendors for embroidery. Please use the Logo Wear Order Form to send your request to itpurch@alaska.edu .
If you wish to use your own vendor, please arrange your order and contact the purchasing office for payment.
For orders from Twisted Stitches, departments will need to provide the ITBO with the following information:
- Uniform or General Use? Costs for uniform shirts (tee or polo; up to 5/person) will be covered by OIT. All recharge accounts must pay for their own orders, regardless of the items.
- For non-uniform items, your department's FUND and ORG
- Heat Transfer or Embroidery Style
- Clothing style (jacket, t-shirt, polo, etc.
- Color
- Size
- Quantity
- Any additional stitching info (department name, etc)
