Description

OIT Telecommunications will be updating to the
latest version of Cisco Unified Communications.
During this outage, telephone calls may be
interrupted and/or unavailable. Phones will be
failed over between the Duckering and Arctic
Health subscribers.

Comments

(1) Outage includes ample contingency time
in the event of a failure. Actual outage
duration expected to be approximately 2
hours. During the outage, phones will be
down at 3 separate times for approximately 2
minutes each.
