Description

Implement the Extended Query Function in Banner Production environment on the middle tier INB Servers. Will result in a restart of the forms services on all production INB Servers.

Work to be performed by OIT-ITS-WSA

Resolution

Implement the Extended Query Function on the middle tier Banner Production INB servers, and restart forms services on the various INB servers.

Affected customers

All users of Banner Production middle tier INB servers.

Please note

This will be a rolling outage affecting servers at different times. Forms services will be restarted resulting in all open connections being terminated on the INB server. Users are requested to please logout.
