Description

OIT Telecommunications Services technicians and WWT technicians will be performing an emergency reboot of the Cisco Call Manager in Duckering.During the event all Cisco phones will be registered to the Arctic Health location. At the end of the event the lower campus phones will be registered back to the Duckering location. Outage window includes contingency time.

Affected customers

All lower campus buildings on the Cisco phone system. This includes Duckering, Bunnell, Signers Hall, Eielson, Rasmuson Library, Fine Arts Complex, Chapman, Facilities Services, Brooks,Gruening, and Whitaker.

Please note

Affected users may notice their phones reboot several times during the event.
