Description

The Workflow-Banner INB interface will be changed to a known bad configuration and information will be collected about the problem.  The configuration will then be returned to the known good configuration.

(1) Specified activity/outage period includes sufficient contingency time, so the actual event should be somewhat less than the stated duration.

Production Workflow will be unable to communicate with Banner INB during the event.  All parts of Workflow and Banner INB other than the interface between them will be unaffected.
