60 minutes (as occurs every Sunday morning at this time).

Blackboard Learn has a scheduled outage every Sunday at this time for backups. We will be using part of this time to perform two maintenance tasks:

1) Install patch LRNSI-7904 to fix intermittent issues with Grade Center.

2) Re-index two tables (per vendor recommendation) in an attempt to resolve an issue with exporting tests.

Travis Payton - OIT Support Center - Coordinating Validation

Perform the Vendor recommended maintenance tasks.

All UAF Blackboard Learn students and faculty.

These activities will be performed and completed during the regularly scheduled weekly outage window for back-ups and maintenance.

No additional downtime is anticipated.
