Description

Perform database export of production data in preparation for BlackBoard Transact Upgrade. All production services will be stopped to allow full database export.

Comments

Work to be performed by Blackboard support personnel and PolarExpress.

Resolution

Stop all Blackboard Transact Services and perform the database export of production data.

Affected customers

Users of the campus ID card systems (ie: wolfcard, bearbucks) may be impacted for some services.
