Description

Activate the LRGP standby database at the DR facility in Hillsboro, Oregon.

Comments

The LRGP database will be unavailable for approximately 4 hours from 8:00 am - noon on Sunday October 21, 2012. After the outage, LRGP will be available while it is running at the DR facility in Hillsboro, Oregon.

There will be a second outage of approximately 4 hours beginning at 8:00 am on Sunday September 28, 2012 at which time LRGP will be "switched" back to the Butrovich Computer Facility on the UAF Campus.

Users are encouraged to work in LRGP during the test period.

All users of the Banner LRGP database and associated applications.

Please note

All updates made to the LRGP database while it is running out of the DR facility will exist in the LRGP database when it is "switched" back to the Butrovich Computer Facility.

Some associated applications may be unavailable or available with reduced functionality during the testing period:

• Student Housing-LRGP

• Clean Address-LRGP

• TEMS-LRGP

• BEIS-LRGP

• SQL Navigator access to LRGP
