      Stakeholders Analysis – Have been identified

      Communication Plan: updated plans will be discussed together at the next meeting to identify overlaps.

      Hild Peters created a Faculty Communication Plan

      Julie volunteered to work on the Staff Communication Plan for discussion at the next meeting

      Kay volunteered to work with a group on the Student Communication Plan for discussion at the next meeting.

      More volunteers are needed for the Student and Staff Communication Plan.

      No Campus / MAU tabs

      Staff tab to be called staff not employee

      Martin – They use a program called First Class from Centrinity. How will this interface with the portal?

      Missing Members – discussed possibly replacing student member who has not made it to any meetings, also other members who are not involved.

      Questions that occurred during the meeting (Note: These questions will be answered in a FAQ that will be posted on the UAF project website.):

    Will departments have the access to change their content?

    How does Documentum work in regards to departments changing their content?

    Exactly how does this Email client work – only with Sun or can they specify the account – Hotmail, uaf, etc.

    Where exactly does the role information come from in Banner?

    How does the Bookmark channel work?

    Can we have icons instead of full channels?

    How will Centrinity interface with the portal?
