      Announcements Procedures

          Discussed recommended changes to the draft.

          Heather will make changes and send a revised file to the listserv.

          Heather will also invite Tom to the next meeting to discuss further.

 

      Pilot Update

          Pilot ongoing.

          Heather will check with the rural campuses re: do they have their own mail servers?

          The username format will be first initial middle initial last name (i.e. jkstormer) for the rollout.

 

   Channels and Priorities

          Top 40 channels will go live with the rollout.

          Heather is working on rural campuses interfaces for portal.
