          Feedback channel is live

          Progress being made on the rest of the list

          SW planning to begin marketing April 19

          Discussed UAF marketing date; decided to begin marketing April 24; this will give time for the SW rollout and feedback from that to be incorporated if necessary. Heather will “walk the halls” after SW goes live.

 

      Review First Time Login How-to Instructions

         Discussed UAF and SW drafts. Decided to provide input to SW rather than put anymore time into the UAF draft. Members were asked to send suggestions for the SW instructions to the listserv by the end of the week (April 14).

         Decided not to suggest including the first-time login instructions on the brochure. Once SW draft is final, we will put the instructions on the back of the flier.

 

      Review AuthServ activation email

          Not sure if we will be allowed to change the message, but we would like to. The message needs to be less technical.

          Cassandra volunteered to rewrite and send to the listserv for review.

 

      Review Communication Plan

          Due to the portal not being live yet, we missed deadlines for revising portal copy in the UAF catalog and fall class schedule.

          CRCD will print the flier in the rural campus class schedule.

          The chancellor is reviewing his introductory e-mail message.

          A draft of the PSA story board was sent to the listserv for discussion at the next meeting.
