   Updates

          Banner updating to MyUA process not working as expected

          SW started marketing and that has gone pretty well

          The browser Safari 1.x version does not work with MyUA due to a bug in the browser

          UAK jobs link now works in MyUA

 

      Marketing date revision discussion

         Suggested by Ann Ringstead that UAF start marketing MyUA after commencement.

         Decided to see if we can do an AuthServ activation for all staff, faculty teaching summer classes and students taking summer classes – would also need to coordinate with Help Desk to make sure we only activate an appropriate number a day.

 

      Give away question from Communications Team

          Communications Team is buying a number of swag items.

          Some suggested items were pens, high-liters, mouse pads, mini staplers and credit card sized ice scrapers.

          Scott McCrea will contact ASUAF about what numbers they used for a similar UAF campaign this semester.

 

      PSA review

          Not enough people to fully discuss this – tabled until the next meeting

          Heather Havel will contact Jaime Swarzwald to see if he is under any kind of deadline for actors, etc.
