IPY Researchers: Endorsed UA IPY Proposals

University of Alaska International Polar Year Projects

**These projects were endorsed by the International Programme Office. For a list of currently funded UA IPY projects, click here.

Following are projects endorsed by the IPY International Programme Office which have UA participation. Of the 208 clusters of projects endorsed, 58, or 28%, have UA participation and 55, or 26%, have UAF participation.

To see the schematic of all the endorsed clusters of projects, click here.

In planning for IPY, the IPY International Programme Office first sent out calls for pre-proposals termed expressions of intent (EOIs) and, only later, for full proposals. To see EOIs with UA participation, click here.
