Research Overview
Primary research focus is in signal transduction in innate immunity. Specific areas of research focus on chemokine stimulation of primary human neutrophils and response of bronchial epithelium to tobacco smoke. Approaches include digital video microscopy methods, classical proteomics, genomics and both whole body and air-liquid interface exposure systems.
