Core Competencies (DRAFT)
These maps are a "first-pass effort" at linking core competencies with SkillSoft's e-learning courses. The maps need a closer review and internal vetting before formalized usage at the University of Alaska. They are posted here for convenience, if a supervisor or employee is interested in a list of SkillSoft's e-learning courses which may be beneficial for a particular job family. Some job families could not be readily matched with SkillSoft's e-learning courses. The inclusion on the list below only represents that the job family was included in SkillSoft's initial mapping process.
