Description: The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) will share information with Alaska employers on the Americans with Disabilities Act as Amended (ADAAA) and the Genetic Information Non-discrimination Act (GINA) of 2008. Jeanne Goldberg, Senior Attorney Advisor in the Office of Legal Counsel at the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Headquarters at Washington D.C. and Rodolfo Hurtado from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission will share information and answer questions.
